Another thought.. After the BB era population growth took a dramatic shift downward. Next 3 - 5 years will show downturn in housing market and a fallout in the price of housing. Too much supply and not enough demand. Social Security will become overloaded and the private financial sector will be the next profiteer of the BB legacy. Our younger generation cannot afford the taxes needed to support the Social Security system and it will collapse.
