Charles, I use both fast %K and the slower %D (average of 3 values of %K). When %K crosses %D from below at or near the 25 level, that is considered a classic buy signal. When it crosses %D from above and falls below 75, that is a classic sell signal. Here is an example of a classic buy signal: timely.com Hope this helps. TC.
