Chris, that is a good article, and yes, space operating in space has tremendous front-end costs. That is why most analysts were skeptical of Orbital when it started out, and the early launch failures did not help. I think Orbital turned the corner a year or so ago, and is now well poised to reap the rewards of having a vertically integrated space business without the degree of government dependence as the more mature aerospace companies.
