You should almost NEVER enter a market order on Datek! You are playing with fire to enter a market order.

It's been my experience that limit orders seem to get quicker execution. It may be that entering a limit order pre-disposes your order to ISLD routing.

If your market order goes SOES on an issue like SHRP, then I can understand the delay. There would be a HUGE queue for all of the market-makers, and they are serviced in strict order and with (intentional) considerable delay.
