How about the real estate market and REIT's in the 80's? Gold and Gold stocks in the 70's? I'll try to think of others.

I get the sense you're a long term investor, so am I. What will convince me of a fair valuation is several quarters (at least 8 maybe 15) of year over year growth in the triple digit area. They "may" be able to pull it off over the next two (I doubt it) but I cannot see how they can do it beyond that.

Again, we'll see.
