I guess one good thing about the margin requirements, is that it works both ways....SHORT as well as long. When I shorted BAMM a couple of days ago, Scottsdale warned me that if they changed their margin policy that I would be forced to cover immediately, any time after settlement day. So that would mean shorters on E-Trade that are on margin now, should have to cover now, and anyone new will not be able to short NAVR on margin. I guess that's one way to see the glass half full........... Rob.
