Here is another reason why AOL will be part of SP500.
I know several brokerages (for example Charles Schwap and
Salomon Smith Barney) raised their margin requirements for
all but AOL (the infamous list includes AMZN and YHOO
along with EBAY, ONSL, KTEL etc). This means they are treating the internet bluechip differently than the rest.
Yes AOL has already been promoted in the inner circle.
IMHO, among all internet companies AOL has the best better and stable revenue model as for SP is concerned.
