One of the reasons I don't think it's a scam is the stripper well technology. During my DD I found web pages from the US Department of Energy descibing the grants for the stripper well program. Put in "stripper wells" under search and you'll come up with several pages, some from the government, that descibe the technology and it's progress. Hopefully the party that lives near the NTAH offices can give us a sure answer. Chuck
