>>I feel ASND has a good/OK quarter, why everyone here feels so negative?

The reason is that although the Q was OK, the prices are not based on a mere OK performance.
A few points:
- based on their release, it seems that they would have at least another flat (non-growth) quarter until they start shipping the high performance products.
Those who are calling a bullish NEAR future need to be reminded about what happended to Intel when they said their earnings for the next Q will be flat (and Intel blew away the estimates).
-Q to Q growth has indeed stalled (3-6%) and the street will not look at it kindly. Although, somehow I have a feeling that the real sell off will not start right away and that the price will erode over next several weeks/months because the stock is held mainly by Institutions and the smarter ones will wait and unload when the "buy on the dips" crowd kicks in and elevates the price (so we may not see an immediate big drop).
-The stock could be a good buy when it goes in the upper 30's.
-Why is the number of shares used in calculating the Annual (12 mo) numbers different than the number of shares used for reporting last Q results (127M against 130M )? did ASND buy back its shares? I did not see any news to that extent.
