I don't know MadDog, maybe it leaves you psychologically better off,unless you're like me who bought @69 and sold @65.5 ! Crazy broker...!

I started the post by saying RE was not a good example. But since Dave mentioned it, I decided to try...along the way analogy did not really hold....not entirely. Unless you accept my belief that value is what people are willing to pay.

re: Bay Area and RTP, demand is driven by earning potential. I tried to make that analogy, but if you think that didn'nt hold well, well, can't think of any other Real Estate example, maybe bad comparison sectors.

Another not so good example would be Brain Drain. But we won't go into it....
