Little, DGIV's SEC filing was made on 8/12/96. That isn't a clear indication of Digitcom's cash position. Everybody would like to know what it really is, but the fact is, the only people that know are the ones who run the company. As far as I know, they still have the lawyers and accountants crunching the numbers. Nobody has stated that they won't file, so I'm sticking by their word that financials will come out. However, I don't expect them to be announced until a definitive contract has been signed. At that time, we will have a full understanding of where this company stands financially. Remember -- this is one of the major reasons that DGIV is under $5. Many people won't invest in a non reporting company. This is very speculative - everybody knows that. But, my feelings say that the next thing we hear from the company will be overwhelmingly positive. They know that we don't want to see a press release saying that something will or could happen. We want one that says something DID happen. It takes time for things to happen - especially when you're dealing internationally. I'll sit here and wait... Dan
