There are three ways of adding a new field. You can either click on any of the fields on the top of your quote window and just start typing. Hit return when you're done and you'll have it. This is the
"expert" approach because it's fast, and you have to know what field you want.

You can also do this by typing the field name into the field box at the lower right hand corner of the quote window, and hitting return.

Lastly, if you hover the mouse over the text "Add Fields", it will pop up as a button. Click it, and you will get the Field Chooser dialog. This is the best way to add fields if you've not done so before. Each field is listed there, along with documentation indicating what it is.

You would select a field, then click the "Add" button at the bottom of the window. When you're done, click "Close" and you're off and running.
