One more thing to keep in mind:
To do its business, DGIV needs to set up demonstrations using its servers in the various foreign countries. Also, it needs to fly its own technicians to these places to do the demos. We know DGIV has been close to deals in several places and is actively working in many other countries. Obviously, it has the financing necessary to buy the servers, ship them to these foreign countries, send its technicians to these places to do the demos. It seems quite apparent to me that DGIV has the cash necessary to accomplish all of these things. Now, it is close to getting major revenues streams from the signed contracts.I don't think cash is a problem :)
