John and all: How do they expect us to vote intelligently on the various issues at the stockholders meeting without having any information on which to make judgements? Answer me that please.
LWStod posted on Yahoo that according to the contract, they were essentially guaranteeing Castle Crk they would get shareholders authorization for the release of more stock. How can the company officers be certain of that; they don't own a controlling interest.
