This is really making the rounds. I would love to have more feedback on the author, the story, etc.
Of course this is what we have been saying for some time. This is how the gold loans got so big and probably is why Merrill and UBS have pulled out of the game. You know that we just went over this in the last Midas.
Remember Willi at Dresdner and his cigar smoking comments.
SCANDALE. Yes. The key will be to bring Asian into this. That will make it a big story. You know I will do my best to be all over this and will run with it the best I can. Easy to do. Just another chapter in what we have been talking about for 3 months.
All we need is for nervousness in the bullion banks and loan call ins. The one month lease rates shot way up while the fars do not. Maybe this is the beginning of the time bomb.
If anyone has any additional knowledge of the White House and Asia part of the story, I would love to drudge my hands into it.
