Hi, Slider. The local paper reports today that Arco is cutting back on development at its new Alpine field. Also a comment from BP that the number of rigs drilling on the North Slope will be cut from 11 to 6 in the new year. Remember the mention of that Badami field a few months ago when BP shot off all the fireworks here? It's full of wax and producing at only 50% of the estimated rate.
