I can tell you a little about the splits. So far there have been 4 splits since CPQ went public, 2:1, 3:1, 2.5:1, and 2:1. I would have to do a lot of digging to give you the prices and exact dates, but the 3:1 took place when CPQ was around 120. I remember because I was out of the country when it happened, had not seen a financial newspaper (3 months), and was horrified when I got back and saw what CPQ was going for--until I was informed it had split.
