i have come to several conclusions...i will share them and then i will be completely finished with this forever...
jhild...he has good intentions...believe it or not...i do believe it...his presentation is abrasive and untimely, but he does bring good points of concern in his own way...his method is stark, but this is how he sees himself as being effective...this is of paramount importance to him...in his mind it is critical that every last detail be accounted for properly...his concern is the specific issue being addressed at the time, only...not the people surrounding it...all of this is fine if you understand his motive, and take it in the spirit from which you know it comes...there is an overall sincerity attached, like it or not...were he to be a little more lenient in his presentation of his issues, and were the majority of his recipients to make a valid attempt to understand him, he would not be the problem he is perceived as being, by most...he is not concerned with being approved of, but he does wish to be taken seriously...he should often be listened to...
rosario, on the other hand, is most ingenuine (uh, i sorta made that word up)...his primary concern is his own prosperity, no matter the consequences toward other people...he is manipulative without regard to anyone...he will say anything to anyone who will listen to accomplish his self-centered goals...he will say one thing and do another and laugh at you for believing him...he will speak to others, or about others, in any disrespectful manner that amuses him...he will take any fact, or comment, and twist it around to make a mockery for the sake of nothing worthwhile...he will create as much turmoil as is humanly possible and hurl rediculous insinuations to those who challenge him...he will threaten you with official punishment, but he will not respond to the repeated requests from those around him to leave them alone...vengeance is important to rosario, and he needs to have the last word, particularly when he is drinking...he trusts no-one, and will accept no proof for anything...he thinks he is surrounded by idiots and holds the majority of us in contempt...none of this will ever change, no matter the efforts of anyone...he should always be ignored...
but here are the parts that everybody really needs to pay attention to...there are problems...with the company...lots of them...there will continue to be problems...they need to be considered...anyone who is not willing to understand this is a fool...these problems are not the fault of these two individuals...they do not create these problems, though neither do they help correct them, considering the manner in which they are presented...
jhild and rosario are not connected at the hip...their method, attitude, or goals are not nearly similar...
neither is the conduct on this thread entirely their fault...not by a long shot...often, neither one is bothering anybody, and somebody will start on them...so the fight begins...often they are not the ones to start it...many people are responsible for the ongoing battle that occurs here on a daily basis...egos are huge...boredom does not help...fear, desperation, and impatience rule...
i now become a lurker...if i find something out that i think could mean anything to anybody, ill tell you about it...you can take it for what you think it is worth, if anything
