Zeev:

How much $$$ was involved in the Series F Preferred which you reference? As I think beyond February, 1999, wouldn't it be in the Series F Preferred holders' interest to have the stock price escalate so they could exchange their shares at a cheap price for stock with a significantly higher market value at the time of conversion? I understand the desire to keep prices low during the time when the formula for conversion is in effect. But I don't understand the rationale behind keeping prices low beyond that point. Of course, I'm not entirely convinced that one set of investors can manipulate the market price of the stock as successfully as you would suggest. However, I remain interested in hearing your analysis.
