The annual meeting should be in the early of July. I think that right now there are some big boys are pushing the stock a little bit. It is possible that they are some insiders. The reason is that the directors have been granted to purchase some options from $1.63-$10.75. The expiration dates are from May 97-July 2000. Right now, the stock price is $ 11/16 which is much higher than $3/8 several days ago. But the insider could make nothing in such a low price. I believe that sooner or later, the insider would do something to push the stock up---they might start to buy or they might begin to make a lot of "good news". I am not sure if the recent price advance is false up or the early stage of big move. I just hold my shares and wait. I believe the company is ok in the future in China (it is in the hot area) and it needs patient. Good luck. Albert
