To all, Has anyone considered the Tax ramifications of the dividend? I haven't a clue and could use some help. Will the gain(?), Value(?), be established by the opening price, closing price? I've had no experience with an unknown gain from a new entity coming in at year end. No complaints:), just curious. steve
