Not to be negative but don't they have to have a date first before they price? I am starting to feel, more and more each day, that they aren't going to make it. And then they have to wait until next year when conditions are ripe. (If they really have a problem with cash I would wait if I were the CEO and get the best price I can to get more cash to run the company) Just looking the the ones that have gone recently, UBID, TMCS... they had dates for like 2 weeks before it actually happened... I just don't know anymore.
