Then....
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:DGIV - news) has been informed by the Company's counsel that is aiding in the filing of SEC Form 10-SB that documentation requirements will necessitate delays unanticipated in previous announcements made by the company.
Digitcom announced today that it is experiencing delays in the filing of the Form 10-SB referenced in its April 2, and September 3, 1998 press releases and cannot predict, at this time, when the Form will be filed.
How can you perform an audit without the necessary documentation? I can understand an audit being delayed for such a reason... but why hold back the filing if the audit was done?
Was the audit good or not? They have no idea when they can file financials? In April, it was "soon"...
Who is Alex Domantay? Has anyone ever talked to him? I can't find a phone number for this firm... maybe he shares offices with Louis International?
$10 says that if anyone calls DGIV, they won't be able to provide a phone number for their auditor, either. |
