User, you are starting to sound civilized in your postings here as opposed to the AOL board. Your anger seems to have disapated and you are being more factual. I welcome this debate here on issues that leaves out wild accusations on certain "consultants".

In response to the Resnick issue.....I see nowhere in the news article that refers to medical fraud. I'm not defending him for improperly using a lab to do his moonlighting, but does that mean all his work was bogus too? What about Chinnici? What crime did he commit? Now the S1 says that based on those two researchers it gave reason to continue study of "R". Assuming they were bogus results....Hirschman did lab studies which were published and were positive. If they were negative I don't see why he would continue the fraud. He was secure in his Mt.Sinai position. Why should he or ADVR answer this question you pose?
