MT. SINAI's affiliation with the study is a bit cloudy to me and I asked him to set that straight, as far as whether it was Mt. Sinai's study or his study done at Mt. Sinai, in other words does Mt. Sinai endorse the results of the study? A simple question not made clear by the press releases. Also I am asking if Mt. Sinai was aware that he was receiving payment from ADVR for his work and if Mt. Sinai was aware that he would be leaving them. I was ASKING him if he thought it would be perceived as a conflict of interest (regarding the outcome of his study) to have taken such a lucrative position. Some people could say that this could influence the outcome of a study. I wanted to know if others in his field would think that. See???
Also, you apparently did not comprehend the meaning of the question about his contract, or you would not have screamed >>>>>>>This is REDICULOUS!!! Who cares how much his salary was. Considering his position, he probably was worth #325K, plus benefits.I SEE ABSOLUTELY NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST HERE, as you are trying to accuse him off.>>>
I am not accusing him of anything, I am ASKING him, if while he was an employee of Mt. Sinai, conducting a test for ADVR, was Mt Sinai aware that he was in contract negotiations with ADVR. You and I differ on his salary agreement with ADVR...its your money big boy.. this is what ADVR is paying him.... now how do you like them apples? You still think he is underpaid, the man who can't be found? These are all valid questions whether you like it or not pal.
1. Most people on the Investors Network bulletin boards were aware of the fact that you were leaving Mt Sinai to go to ADVR as early as May 1996, when was MT Sinai first informed of this?
2. MT Sinai was paid by ADVR for the study, was that for use of their facility only or were they in fact endorsing the study? Did Mt Sinai in fact endorse this study?
3. If you in fact did the work, FOR Mt Sinai, were they aware of your payments by ADVR. It is reported that you were paid 1,000,000 shares in 1995 and you sold those shares, prior to the release of your report. Why did you sell your shares?
4. While employed by MT Sinai you apparently carved out a lucrative contract with ADVR, under which you receive $325,000 a year, plus major benefits and 16,000,000 shares of stock, was MT Sinai made aware of this? Did you feel that all the money you were taking from ADVR would make "mainsteam" researchers question your results? |
