I asked how you decided the stock was worth $30 per share. I guess you don't have an answer.

I agree COOL's revenues will go up for the next couple of quarters. As far as earnings go, with a current market cap of $500 million, how many years do you think it will take COOL to earn $500 million?

I don't know if COOL will be one of the successful web sites that sell electronic equipment. As far as I can tell, at the moment they are just distributors in a medium that has the potential to become very crowded, and favors a brand name. Two years from now, I don't know whether people who want to buy a modem over the Internet will go to COOL's web site or to Circuit City's web site or one of the gazillion other places that will sell modems. And if you're so sure that the stock is going higher (amazing, considering some of the smartest investors in the world admit that they have lots of trouble valuing Internet stocks) why do you feel the need to continually hype it here?

How about this question - what are your biggest concerns/worries with COOL over the next 6-12 months?
