I truly hope so, but my concern is how will he be able to follow up whether these people short or not. After all they do not tell the world they are, but due it insidiously thru the mm's who actually do the naked shorting in collusion with the lenders. After the stock is beaten down and the lender gets his millions of shares he sells it to the mm's for them to cover their naked shorting. This is how they help each other. Instead of all the clauses which ,imo do not mean a hoot, tsig better start making money so that the share price will appreciate on the basis of revenue which in turn will take of the naked shorting of the mm's. If the share price appreciates based on revenues, both the naked shorting mm's and their collaborators, the "toxic convertible" issuers will be up the creek. So, RG, AMY, Dixie and the rest of tsig employees go do your job to your best and let the revenues of tsig keep rolling in. We are helping you here with our own guerilla warfare of revenue generation. Revenues, revenues and revenues are the only antidotes to the "toxic convertible" syndrome. If the co can't make money no amount of clause will help it, plain and simple and mm's in collusion with the debenture jackals win and we the shareholders lose, as simple as that. peace and good luck.
