Hi David,

Thank you for the reply....

I have started an assault on that list. I've read TA from A to Z and O'Neils how to make money. I've read several not on the list, which was probably a waste of time as far as TA is concerned. I am currently reading Technical Analysis explained by Martin J. Pring. So far I like it, but I'm not far enough into it to really offer much of an opinion.

And I don't think I asked the question properly. The question is, is there a book that discusses in english scans for chart patterns? With all the different sw products available, I thought maybe if someone just discussed what one looks for to verify a particular pattern.

I've seen the cup and handle, the saucer and handle, but I want to know how to scan for particualy patterns, not just crossovers, etc.

Good Luck with your endevers. I have read and enjoyed your posts. Many are learning along with you.... I'm one of them.
