Fro, what's another stockholder's lawsuit in today's climate. Any guess on how many are currently pending ? That's just my opinion on the process, not my opinion on APCO's situation.

Earlier today David J. and I were discussing MDMD. Take a look at the sequence of events. The insiders sold shares in the spring and summer at prices ranging from 19 to the low 20s, then the company has a secondary offering at 19 3/8. Within a month the stock crashes and loses 70% of its value. Insiders began buying up the stock immediatly!!!!! .....at prices in the $5 range and have continued buying since then. I'm not aware of any shareholder lawsuit pending against MDMD.

I do feel that the insider buying and selling can offer clues, although it is only part of the story and it is information that must be taken in context along with other information.

Fro, several people have asked APCO if there is any concern over losing the Honda contract. The response has consistantly been that it is expected that the Honda contract will be renewed at slightly lower profit margins for APCO. The lower margins will be offset by the increase in volume. It has been my experience with APCO that they have carried out their promises each and every time without failure. Wouldn't you agree ?

Amigo Sergio
