FMK, if you don't at least acknowledge the downside potential of CC's ability to run a program of shortselling/converting preferred, with a very serious dilution capability, then you are being foolish. And don't say it's "toothless." It isn't.

P.S. I was looking over some notes I had on one of VLNC's conference calls in 1997. My notes say Lev indicated Line 1 had a potential of 500 batteries per day. (Anyone else have old conference call notes that can verify mine?) What public statements from the company do you have that indicate your much higher number? And don't tell me the last conference call, because Lev DID cite 1800 CELLS (not BATTERIES) as "breakeven" production, and he did NOT venture to mention any EXPECTED output.
