If I may: I believe Dr.D has the buy out idea all covered. Well over a year ago the doctor established a different class of stock, from what I understand would ward off a potential take-over/ hostile take-over, that would jepordize all that FONAR has accomplished thus far. With the doctor being the majority shareholder with controling interest in all classes of stock he certainly has the upper hand. I hope you realize the first thing that went through his head was G.E. Et al. would try to recoup their loss by aquiring that ADOMINABLE concept. Hats off to the little companies that create what we accept as commonplace They deserve to fight for what right! Dont be offended by my remarks I just feel that they deserve whats rightfully theirs. GOOD LUCK TO ALL IN 97
