To my friends: I am indeed suing ECO2, Ledford, Lipstein and the whole gang (including a tout sheet company). The law suit is pending in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, in Philadelphia. The plaintiffs are a trust and me. The lawyers for the plaintiffs are Sidkoff, Pincus & Green (my law firm), and lead counsel is Larry M. Keller Esq., a former trial attorney at the SEC. The current status of the case is that Ledford's attorney has filed a motion seeking to transfer the action to Florida, which we have opposed. We are awaiting a ruling from the Court. What else does anyone want to know? **** * * * * * BTW- Jessica has been replaced by a new staff attorney at the SEC.** My law firm has cooperated with this new SEC lawyer, and although she is still learning the file, I hope to see a more vigorous effort by the SEC.
