>I seen it before, no big deal. >Bill Gate is a sneaky guy too, I don't see any shareholders >complaining about it.
Ooh, work for Infospace eh? Thought so.
Nice to try and change the subject by comparing Naveen to Bill Gates...
The facts remain that 3 years ago Infospace was a tiny 5 man operation just like my company was. Naveen broke our contract, and if we had had the resources to fly across country and drag him into court, we would have. Back then this contract was a big deal to both of us- he needed our search technology to expand his company and we needed the cash.
Being "sneaky" and "wiley" and "agressive towards small companies" like Bill Gates does is not illegal. Stealing software in order to build Infospace, ignoring contracts, and refusing to pay your bills is.
Remember, I _cannot_ sue this guy, because he broke the contract with the company I owned, not me personally. And that company was sold to PGP. I have no legal basis to bring him into court. It's also impossible to short IPO shares for 30 days, so don't even go down that road. I just want to let people know what kind of businessman (and i use that term loosely) is running the company they're investing in.
