Rumor is QCS is meeting w/ big I-Banks to discuss an IPO! This is what TBFC and CATP did and their stocks smoked once the companies filed their S-1s. There is no question that the QCSC business model is one of the best I have seen for an internet play--virtually everything drops to the bottom line after IBM is paid its share of revenues. This should mean 25-30% operating margins, not to mention positive cash flow. Once the company beefs up its management team (which it is in the process of doing), this baby is ripe for an IPO, at least in the $10-12 range. I've seen it happen before and the stocks on the BB just gap up overnight. Could QCSC be the next one? Any confirmation of these rumors would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Terry
