Ur right. I think they price first then IPO the following day. I think we will hear about the day they are expected to price soon. I also think they would be foolish to wait. With the IPO's hot right now, MKTW would do well in this enviornment. If they wait it may flop and then where would they be? DBCC would have to force feed it cash.
