Sal,
So, to keep his own job, and keep the face for DOJ, the DOJ's attorney David Bois will argue that
if SUNW, ORCL, NSCP, IBM Apple can do the same dirty things to their rivals without penalty, it does not mean Microsoft can do the same thing without a penalty.
To translate it into another words, it means if John can kill people without facing
penalty, it did not mean Willliam can kill people without penalty either. It also means
that we do not have a fair legal system where the law should applied to every party
without any prejudice, it all depends on how the people have power wants to execute the law. That is why I said that the US justice system is just a joke, and this DOJ case
against Microsoft just shows to the rest of the world the real color of the US justice system.

If the DOJ is really serious , it should either drop the case and let the market power
play its own role , or tie Microsoft, Sunw, IBM, ORCL, NSCP, AOL , APPLE
together and apply the law to all of them equally and let the industry sink .
