A person mentioned previously that nothing but good press has been written about Naveen Jain. I guess you are forgetting when Hoover's, Inc. sued Infospace last April?

It seems that Naveen received a demo disk of some Hoover's company report data, and instead of paying for it, he put it online on his Infospace website and started placing advertisements around it. There he goes again, using someone elses property to advance his company and refusing to pay for it.

Luckily, Hoover's had deep pockets and got a temporary restraining order again Naveen and forced him to stop redistributing their proprietary database. Very shortly after being slapped with this TRO, Naveen agreed to settle out of court and start paying agreed upon royalties.
