I called and talked to one of their techies. He was being very defensive. Tried to give me some BS about internet traffic etc., not realizing that I am in that particular field. Hope they can get their problems worked out. They are a good service and I would like to continue using them. Suspect they are having software problems and inadequate hardware capacity .
