I would think the only reason for Paulsen to be on Squawk is to
announce the IPO, and also talk some sense into those who made such
a fuss about him selling some of his shares. SO WHAT ! He still owns
oodles of shares, this was only a small fraction. You cannot blame a
company officer for now and then selling a small portion of his holdings.
