Who will post in this board? Basically, there are 4 kinds of postes: 1.Current KCAP shareholders 2.Current KCAP shorters 3.Previous KCAP shareholder looking for lower Re-entry. 4.Potential shareholders. on all above 4 kinds of people, normally only#1 wants KCAP going higher now, #2 #3 #4 usually wants a lower price. why KCAP goes to so low? Because in Nov and Dec. there is huge TAX LOSS sales and SHORTERS don't want to cover for TAX purpose also(they made huge profit and not willing to pax tax by covering). as a result, NOW is the Best time for smart new investors to step in this bargain stock KCAP in hot internet sector.
