Mike,

What an interesting group of posts this weekend.

Go Bany...Go Bany Go Bany Go!.......I sold out!.....Slap your face!.....I'm sorry!....I'm a Putz!..........Jeesh.

Glad you and steve are around to keep things from getting to zero value.......Thanks.

The dividend shares will be interesting......200,000 total. Besides the MMs shares, these dividend shares will be most of the market when Anything Internet begins trading. I believe that more than 1/2 of them will be in the hands of Insiders and large block shareholders......and that another 1/4 will be in the hands of very small block shareholders......(5 shares....10 shares...etc.)

I don't believe that the Insiders and large block people will be selling....because they know too much.......and the very small block people won't be selling because the commissions will kill them.

The rest of the folks......people who get say....65 shares....130 shares......will have to decide if they would like to round up, round down, or do nothing. I would call this the logical free trading float....which IMO will be no more than 60,000 to 70,000 shares.......Very tight.....I think the initial buy orders from the public will take any and all of these sellers out.......at a huge discount. I think it would be a poor idea to place a market sell order in on the first day. A limit order would be much better.....IMO.

Price is everything.......It will be very difficult not to shave off some of my dividend shares if the price of Anything Internet rockets past the point that I feel is full value......(as many, many internet stocks have done)

I think there will be active trading from the get-go......and folks will know a great deal more about Anything Internet before the opening gun. I hope that what folks find out........will help to place a value on the new shares. I think it would be cool to have a solid idea of where the stock should open...based on value and fundamentals. It will help everyone make wise buy or sell choices.

I hate to sell stuff at a huge discount......but love to buy stuff that is undervalued. I think this is what DD is all about.
