Round 2 User.........<<how can they have a clinic without FDA approval?>> The "clinic in Westchester County" is just a rumor at this point. Do you expect Hirschman to comment on every rumor, especially when you ask? Assuming it's true, they obviously will have some announcement and will provide information in regards to the FDA. I doubt they will open a clinic when they are banned from doing Human testing. I guess it's wait and see. Your question on this matter would be relevent if ADVR did announce an Aids clinic was being built and said nothing additional. Why debate rumors? It is a little easier to discuss issues one at a time and not a whole basket.
