peter, the advantage for me would be the ability to see where or if there is any ISLD size one or two ticks away from the inside market.

If you miss the swing, at least in these extra frothy names, it seems to be more effective to give up a tick or two and get executed than trying to get done at the best bid or ask and end up a spectator as the stock races.
