LOL If he gets you cornered I've got a trick for you, works like a cross on a vampire. He'll be gone in a flash. In a letter to Dr. Hirschman I asked;

It is noted in the S1 that you assigned 1 million shares to Richard J. Rubin,the companies corporate counsel and former SEC attorney. It was stated he gave you counsel, would that not be a conflict of interest on his part?

According to the NY BAR and the SEC, his claims are false, he was
disbarred in 1995 and never worked for the SEC, according to their
personnel office. Did he make you aware of these facts?

What is your association with Elliot Bauer and Leonard Cohen, can you explain why both Cohen & Bauer and Deborah Silver were paid by the company for obtaining your services?

Why did you pay Ms Silver an additional 100,000 shares? Can you explain her role in being paid by both you and the company? This information has been hard to come by, is she related to Louis Silver, the board member?
