CPQ forward PEs of 28-30x are representative of a relatively high valuation. We are presently at 22.6x. With current forward earnings estimates of $1.71 and rising fast, we should expect $47-51 modestly. This doesn't allow for additional estimates increases, which some firms are already warning of.
