If the KNI are as powerful as has been "suggested", that will render the K7 INCOMPATIBLE and INSUFFICIENT compared to Katmai when it comes to support high performance applications for EDA, CAD, 3D GRAPHICS, etc.

The K7 may have to be targeted at the high end gamers that want to preserve the past library of 3D NOW games (like the runaway best seller Kick Engine) ! AMD will have to sell it cheaply for these gamers because their parents have limited money for their allowances."
