Richard,

1) I don't know why the warrants were originally issued. It was several years ago and I wasn't paying attention then.

2) I think you mean the strike would be around 14 given a 3 for 1 split, not the step-up. Might Intel issue a second warrant? Not sure how this would be related to the split. I don't see any reason why they would issue another warrant. I don't think it would be dependent on the existing warrants but don't take my word for it.
