Hi Ron:

I sent Dr. Brown an E-mail requesting more information on the buyback and the new PR firm.

I'm definitely out of my league when I'm asking this question, so please forgive if it sounds sort of stupid. If I were Hearx and I sold a bunch of stock last year when the price was higher, I can only assume that I would prefer to buy it back at a much lower price like it is right now, right? I guess what I'm getting at is that until they have bought the majority of what they want, they would not want to put out any big news that might make the stock go up too much.

Possibly when they are finished with the repurchase of stock, we'll begin to see more news and movement in the price. This is just a theory and there may be some kind of rules prohibiting this (I have no idea).

Where can you find out how many shares have been bought back? I know they have to report it to someone.

Thanks

Donna
