Well you see Ernie, the problem with EDII isn't likely in the top line numbers. It's underneath the numbers. Its the insider transactions, it the accounting principles used to arrive at these numbers, value their acquisitions and account for them. The valuations on the properties, the disclosure on the alleged royalties, it's even the disclosure of the businesses they are set to acquire, it's the detailed, or not, discussion of their operating plans. In short it's all in the details.

Surely if the numbers announced on Oct 30 are repudiated by the audit that will be even double serious. But short of them being out and out crooks and just plain fabricating everything, I think those numbers will likely be substantially on target. I expect that the remnants of the trail of ownership though will be an interesting study in self enrichment.
