AnnaInVa---I myself defend what Paulsen did---after 15 years of working at Navarre, and 31 years in the business--as he says it is fair
play to for him to take some money off the table--and I agree.
But Haines is a shark with stuff like this, and CNBC has such a huge influence, that all Haines has to do is use the words "insider selling"
and the stock could tank---though quite unfairly, and irrationally.
But,regards your feeling that Paulsen will be doing this appearance to announce the IPO---I personally think he can NOT do this, because if he did,he would then be exposed to the charge of illegal inside selling and inviolation of SEC laws, but IF,and only IF,he in fact sold
on the 27th and 30th of November --as one can neither sell or buy
stock within 30days of an announcement(that is my understanding).
Good Luck,Max90
